on a lighter note i just went to dairy queen (my local icecream parlor) and my free icecream was fine. i had a coopin.

I want to, but mom won't let me They will at least get all of the medical bills, and I still might push my dad to let me sue because he's all for it.
Service there is so good I've never really payed attention to stuff like that. I won't make that mistake anymore. I took a sip and was like "ahhh #$@%" Luckily we were right near the hospital.

Anyways, I think that since your mom wasn't the one inthe hospital, she shouldn't really have much say in what you decide to do here. I say that a lawsuite might be in order, if only to cover the medical costs and any lost revenue from your job (if you have one) You don't need to put them out of business or anything.

Well she was with me, but anyway. I don't have a job yet and supposedly the people who own the store will gladly cover all of the medical costs so I don't think it's going to become a lawsuit.
