this one is a bit weirded that the first one. that was in the sky for ages.it wasnt just a few minutes. was there after i left the area.

First off, the first one is done by black lights, and or the color of film over the lights. And the second is the moon shining throught the clouds, it happens here in Oregon all the time. The clouds can stay like that for hours at a time, its the angle at which you are standing.

i know what it was. i just posted it cos it was freaky lookin. i didnt actually think it was a haunted hotel.

it is weird looking you must admit.
