Zoning Out

I've had these days happening alot like 2x a week. It mostly happens in school when im just sitting down then suddenly i see the room spinning so i close my eyes and i hear a voice saying like "Dont listen to what others say.You have to do what you must do."

Has this happened to anyone else also i dont know why but when i posted this i got really dizzy... sad.gif

Erm... I get dizzy spells like that, but... I've never heard voices.

The dizzy spell is caused by blood sloshing around in your brain when you sit down or stand up too quickly. As for the voices... uh... may I suggest psychiatric help?

I zone out too...but I never hear voices when it happens...are you sure it's not just your own thoughts?

I zone out too, minus the voices. Maybe you just become more sensitive to your own thoughts while in this state.

I zone out.. actually I zone out alot.. but if the voices tell you to hurt people you should get help

When I do zone out, and I mean really zone out. I hear screaming as if people are being ripped to shreds over and over and over again. Almost as if they were condemmed to eternal pain. Nothing tells me to hurt people, or do anything just screaming. Its quite wierd to listen to.

i get dizzy spills quite often. i found that while in the dizzy state your mind kinda forgets the sinces (sight, taste hearing ect) to regain equaliberium. in that state i sometimes think of stuff i never tought about or sence stuff through another sence. maybe the lack of earth sences opens up the others. as for the voices i still haven't heard too many. my sis has though. she said it said something like "this world is only a dream" or something like that. weird huh?

I Zone Out a heck of alot of times. When it happens nothing. I'm just thinking. My friend did have something like thatexcept the voises were evil. They were telling him to do things like blak magic and stuff like that
