never laugh at you own jokes
ever
and as for goings on inside thair heads, some people wake up from them and i think thats what they said, outherwise why would docters recomend doing stuff like that, if they do have dreams i can imagain it beaing very realistic at points but at outhers, any sence of realitys couls completely go, in a deep sleep things seem so real so comas could go a step futher

Well I think that if you are in a Coma you are in a state where you think you are somewhere else, I was just wondering what do you think happens when you are in a coma? I got this idea from a tv program I watched..
Maybe in a coma, your mind does go someplace deeper than a dream...that'd be wild...

When you are in a comma. Your are in a deep sleep. And need great care to stay alive. something esle happens to the brain when it is in a comma. I wonder if you die in the dream you are having will you really die. I need to put some thought into it.

I saw a program where there was a man who'd be clipped on the side of the head by a gunshot and he went into a coma for a year and a bit. When he finally awoke he was confused and kept asking where his family was, it turned out he'd had a dream for over a year of a fantasy life with a made up family and soon after went into a state of depression at the loss of them.
