I use LimeWire, it's quite reliable. [Yet downloading music is, illegal?]

sorry Limewire gave me virus's 18 of them its fast but u would have to upgrade because of the crap shiz.. im going with shareaza samething but safer shareing downloads sometimes slow but whatever

Don't know what kind of music you're into, but if you like bands that are not as huge, a lot of times you can get free downloads off of purevolume or myspace

Haha, yeah. It is sharing music. My bad.
And yes, you can get music off of purevolume and MySpace, only if it's downloadable though.
But there's a lot of music sites you can just listen to music, but I think this topic is for actually downloading the mp3's, hehe.

Yo SDP, sup, haven't been on in a while. But anyway thx anywayz Blacktop and Halo and every1 else. I use Limewire and Sharaeza now (Sharaeza mostly). Hopefully I'll be on more often J. Well I g2g now but ill holla

An alternative to Limewire I have found for NOT downloading music, would be Ares. [LINK HERE] You know, for NOT downloading the latest stuff or whatever. I tend to use both Limewire and Ares, that way if one doesn't have something, the other more than likely does.
Also, if you have enough music on your computer. You could always try Direct Connect. Download Albums in one ago.
