Today I was randomly putting things into google and I came across this video-game trailer on digg. The game is called Limbo, it's being independently developed(it doesn't state by whom) and it focuses on an artistic style that just looks amazing. From the trailer on the official site(limbogame.org) it's clearly a side-scrolling platformer.
Unfortunately there isn't much info on the game at all, the official site doesn't have any information, it just has a short video and some concept art and a mailing list(that I might sign up to find out more).
Well check out the video(use the above link), there's no music but the sound is pretty good.

I must say that does look interesting. Pity theres no info on the website. I signed up for the newsletter anyway. It looks really noire, It might actually be being made without music, which could work very well after seing that trailer.
My Photoblog - check it out. Im new to the whole blogging this but sure ill give it a shot.

I noticed the lack of music as well, I think just having sounds whether it's a reaction from which the character or level causes or just background sound will make it much more ambient and suspenseful.
