Just what the title says.
The only truly paranormal experience I ever had was about 7 years ago, when I was around 7 or 8 years old. Anyways, I shared a bunk with my brother in our bedroom. I was having trouble sleeping, and was just laying there when I noticed the bedroom door opening. I thought it might have been my mom checking to make sure we were sleeping (she always used to do this). However, a large, bulky figure peered into the room. I mean, really large and really bulky. The shape was most comparable to Grimace:

Then the door then shut. I told my mom about it in the morning, and she said I was probably just seeing stuff.

Haha, ooh I'm being haunted by Grimace! Eh, I'm always the a@#$%^&* in these conversations because I'm skeptical, I think most of these things almost always have a logical and reasonable explanation, most people want to be duped they want to think there's something beyond the natural world, so instead of looking for the real cause they allow themselves to be fooled.

I have had a few paranormal experiences in my time.

There was this one time I saw a green shopping bag turn into a dead body.
Also I saw a really big dark shadow attack me from behind too.

I try explaining this to my family, but they all think I'm making it up
or worse still blame my medication for it happening.

Its really uncool when they do that.

Why would I lie about something that scared the utter daylights out of us.
I don't make things up. Not when it concerns me at least. Please believe that!
I am pretty sure it was the meds though, plus I havn't had much sleep that day,
when it actually happened to me so.... who really knows how it happened

I made it one minute into that before conemplating taking my own life.

Anyway, the nearest I have gotten to paranormal is strange noises in my house like the sound of people coming up the stairs or moving around downstairs.
Oh and when i'm walking my dog at times he will just stop and stare past me and when I turn round there will be nothing there, except once when there was an old biddy.
