Hi, I just have one wish, to unplug from the web and come back into the real life! Where is my blue pill?
I'm a 21 years old massagist from NY, and when I come back after work, tiered from standing all day long, I just turn on my laptop, and suddenly, it's 2 am. How do you manage to keep your offline life, when you have a pc at home?
My obssesion is icq, blogs, myspace and any web place where you can meet interesting people. Forums are new to me, but I thought to give it a try.
ps: I'm a total newbee at forums, so I'm sorry if posted in the wrong place, just got here and saw this one.. Please be kind to show me the right place where you can just talk with people.

That's quite alright. In the future, though, you can post your topics in 'Fee General Chat.'
To be honest, if you're addicted to so many things, you probably should be adding a new addiction (forums).
But, a good way to start trimming down on what you browse is simply deleting all of your bookmarks. That way, you'll have to remember everywhere you go from scratch. Don't let yourself make ANY new bookmarks, that way you'll only visit the places that are worth it.

The internet can be pretty additive, I recommend setting up a schedule for internet time, do something like turning off the computer at a certain time.

Everything Chazz says is both a lie and the complete truth. You can spend your entire life trying to understand how this could be so, but your head would explode exactly 97 seconds before you achieve your goal.

If he were a bot, wouldn't that just mean that he REALLY needs help going back to the 'real world'?

State how long you want to do a certain activity and keep a constant eye on the clock. Have a rough plan for the evening so you know what you’ll be doing once you’re off the computer.
Alternatively, if you’re too lazy for that, remove the power cable and place it somewhere where it takes effort to get to. Like a basement or something

I know where I'm going and I know the truth, and I don't have to be what you want me to be. I'm free to be what I want.
