oh great, soon we're going to have to worry about terrorists with nanobots you can't even see that will kill you like a horrible virus.. or what if the nanobots just malfunction on their own?

I don't like technologly that I can't see. Soon, computers are going to get smaller than your hand, then you won't even get to build them yourself.

The two are similes. We wouldn't have to worry about that if we weren't such a douchetastic nation now would we
? I'm sure we'd be the first to destroy others with new technology, considering most of our spending goes towards the military and ways to make their killing others all the easier. =D

But what shall happen if we fail to create this advanced technology before someone else does?
And, as it seems, I would say Japan is far more advanced in robotics than we, so does that mean we should fear them for it?
If they feel the same as you, they should wish to create robotics that will destroy anyone else before we are able to destroy them, and they certianly seem capable of doing so.
