i watched an old horror movie called "The Bad Seed" in which a little 7 year old girl goes about and murderes people for simple things like coloring crayons and dolls, she dose this because she was born with out a concience. Now do you think it is possible for someone to be born not knowing right from wrong?

this is hard to explain, cause its a yes and no answer. people are not born with conciences, they develope as they grow, based on the individual's beliefs, upbringing and so on. This may seem a good enough answer but since all people are born with the ability to form a concience, it is kinda for you to decide if a person is theirfor born with one or not.

well some things very from culture to culture as to what is wrong and right. But arnt there basic human instintions that tell you something is wrong. For example, i think that murdering is a natrally wrong thing for humans. And it makes sence that it would be because if you natrual feel its wrong to murder then wont that will benifit human speciaes as a whole, and increase humans chance of survival.

if a baby were to kill someone, i realy doubt it would be premeditated or out of rage. If a baby were to kill someone the baby would probable be unaware of what they had done. Most children dont comprehend the concept of death till they are 5 years old or so. My aunt recently died, and my little 3 year old brother didnt understand that she was dead, even at the funeral he didnt get it when he saw her body, so i dont think that a baby could even have the capability to purposly murder someone.

if that happened then the baby isnt realy murdering someone because they were not intentialy shooting the gun at a person, the bullet just happened to hit them unitentialy.
