I, personally AM, basiclly I would try and avoid walking under a ladder, and I would hate to brake a mirror.

i dont believe in most things like walking under ladders or having a black cat cross your path, but there are a few things i try to avoid.

i was paranoid of not knocking on wood for a few years when i was like 13 or 14. but now most of my superstitions i dont take too seriously although i avoid anyways.

I don't walk under ladders or signs, not because I believe in that mumbo jumbo, because its just been a habit of mine for years.

i kinda am like not walking undera ladder n having to knock on wood incase i jynx something but if i do or dont do one of these type things i dont really think much of it. i used to try not to step on cracks in the pavement but that was more a habit n i was young...

I tried the crack-thing when I was younger, but i kepy forgetting about it, so i just go for the normal ones like walking under a ladder etc.

I also knock on wood when I say something like
"i'm glad I wasnt stung by that wasp"
or something.

Here, in the UK, we beliveve (or at least the superestitious ones) that if a black cat walks in front of you it is a sign of GOOD luck.

i personally would only consider a black cat crossing my path good luck if it had a hundred dollar bill tied to its tail and it drops it at my feet. otherwise it is a cat and normal luck. as for the mirror breaking thing, i am very superstitious about that. also i avidly belive in good luck charms (like my sis, who is good luck since she almost never loses a dice roll for any game, serious)

I dont have any superstitions but I have irrational fear(In a way simialr)
For example, any part of me thats not covered by a blanket when I'm sleeping I fear will get cut off. I guess that is semi superstitos.

i think you have obbsessive compulsive disorder.

I used to have a simpilar thing, if there was light shining on me whilst in bed i would think it would burn through me.

now i have got over it and do not mind any more.

Try just sleeping with your arm out of the bed, and in the morning you will see its ok.

if it makes you feel better, barricade/lock your door.

oh god i'm the same way, i cannot have any part of my body uncovered at night.

and about barricading the door, i have more of a worrie it can come through a wall.

im not superstisious at all. think of what ur saying. breaking mirrors is unlucky.

mirrors are made of glass. broken glass is in turn bad for a flooring device. walking

under a ladder. think of all the possible things that could go wrong as u walked

under a ladder. black cats? people used to think witches could transform into cats,

preferably black ones. is it unlucky to have discuised witches running around every

where? i think so.

that IS a fair opinion, but i suppose it's whether you're brought up to be supersticious.

as i've said, i DEFINITELY wouldnt walk under a ladder / break a mirror.
