like computer gaming, my two big games for computer are counterstike and runescape.
our family has one computer, a dell xp. witch was alright at the time, and still should be, but it has crashed 2 times, and has almsot no virtual memorey left. I think i have almost enough cash to buy another desktop computer. but, i need help deciding a new one for ME. so if u have any suggestions on a nice computer that will run fast, has speakers built into the moniter. and around 17 inch monitor with that.
please let me know. *this does not have to be like a whole set that all comes in a box, i want to customise my own computer meaning the hardrive moniter etc.* (tell me price too if u can)
also, if you know any good sound, video cards, please, tell me what were names are, price, and were i can find theese.

thanks, from a fellow gamer in a deep hole.
p.s i do not want a laptop or alienware computer

Well, build one yourself. And RuneScape doesn't really take up much memory, it's your internet speed that counts.

Yeah, I've also heard some terrorists recommend Dell for it's explosive capabilites.

It entirely dependant on what type of video games you want to play. There's no point in purchasing a monster if you're only going to play low end games. So.. what kind of games will you hope to be playing on there?

Get a AMD processor then, that is the kind that works for games mostly.

If you want to build your own computer, then Newegg is the right website for you...
But on the otherhand if you have a computer already and you want to modifiy it with some cool parts and water cooling equiptment try Xoxide.

a tower is a kind of case..

Get a case with a powersupply in it, so you don't have to buy one seperate.
