Hated it? Really? I finished it and loved it. But maybe it's because you were forced to study and read it? That makes me hate reading novels; when I know there's schoolwork involved haha.

Anyways, reading Fahrenheit 451 for the second time.

Book 6 of the Wheel Of Time. I had originally planned to read all 11 plus the prequel during the summer, that didn’t quite happen.

Haha, yeah. I gave up again on Book 7. This was my second attempt to read the series from the beginning. It’s huge and massively detailed. But in my opinion, some of it is really unnecessary and I feel it drags on at times.

Hopefully, third time’s a charm though.

Currently reading "The Namesake" which I bought today for six bucks at a used book store. What's this Wheel of Time series all about? Sounds interesting.

Hmm, that’s a tough one. I’ll borrow Amazon’s description;

QUOTE
...a reluctant hero--in fact five humble village folk--plucked from wholesome obscurity to fight dark powers; an eternal evil enemy who can be defeated but not destroyed, until the end of the world, which is fast approaching; a mysterious sisterhood with vast powers and who love to manipulate thrones and kingdoms from the shadows (think of the Bene Gesserit of the Dune series); a ferocious battle-hardened warrior race (echoes of the Fremen of Dune, or the Haruchai of the Thomas Covenant novels).

I found two brand new hard cover Wheel of Time books on sale at a fundraiser for 2 bucks each. I'm currently reading Fires of Heaven again. The 5th book, I think.

Anyways, I'm on Dune Messiah, finished the original Dune awhile ago.

What? I thought the next book was supposed to be out by the end of this year?
